Approach
Clarity by Design
Too often, people live by default or make important decisions before the’ve had a chance to understand themselves. As a result, choices are shaped by timelines, expectations and pressure. The Clarity by Design framework asks you to pause so that decisions emerge from data and insight instead of impulse or comparison.
We begin by exploring values —the beliefs, desires, and motivations that guide our decisions. Often misunderstood, the Welch-Bristol Values-Bridge assessment provides language around what matters most to us. Having positively impacted over 150,000 lives since 2021, this assessment assists in providing a steady compass for evaluating options with confidence.
From there, we consider cognitive and emotional aptitudes that uncover how we are wired. Cognitive aptitudes are formed by age 15, yet most of us have no idea what we are good at. Built to extremely high psychometric standards, the YouScience assessment has a measured validity in the >90% range, revealing aptitudes such as inductive reasoning, numerical reasoning, work approach and more.
Personality is also an aptitude. Enneagram and PIE360 assessments inform how we process internally and how we’re received externally. This is important, rarely received data, that often resolves self-doubt. Interests and curiosity are also explored to help us choose career paths that feel energizing rather than exhausting.
With a clearer sense of self, we explore options and directions-realistic pathways that connect who a person is with environments and roles that resonate. Finally, we show you how to take these insights and turn them into actions and next steps.
What Makes This Approach Different
Armed with data, we drop comparison, embrace uniqueness, and take action toward paths that feel right rather than contrived.
If this approach resonates and you’re ready for a more thoughtful way to explore direction and possibility, the next step is a conversation.
